Fat Burning Furnace is a 158 page guide describing how you can lose fat and gain lean muscle in order to look better and at the same time, raise your RMR (resting metabolic rate).

That is the 'furnace' part of the title, the author discusses how to raise your RMR so that your body burns hundreds more calories each day, effectively putting you on a diet by that many calories each day without changing your eating habits.
